Yalova University Faculty of Theology hosted the "Philosophy and Religious Studies Graduate Student Workshop I" program, organized on December 3, 2025, to contribute to the academic development of its graduate students. The opening speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Nurullah Altaş. Altaş, in his speech, emphasized the importance of graduate studies and touched upon the workshop's role in increasing students' academic competencies.
The first session of the workshop was also chaired by Prof. Dr. Nurullah Altaş. In this session, studies prepared on contemporary religious education practices and curricula were discussed. In the second session, chaired by Prof. Dr. Necmi Derin, presentations focusing on comparative perspectives, philosophy, and spiritual dimensions were delivered.
The event, where graduate students shared their academic productions, concluded after the evaluations.
